Healing

The same Jesus who lived 2000 years ago is the same Jesus who is alive today.

Hebrews 13:8 shows us that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Therefore, if Jesus could heal people then, this scripture proves that His healing power is eternal and is available to those who are in need of it.

Acts 10:38 states How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil, because God was with him.

Jesus said in Luke 4:18:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind. To set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord's favor.

Jesus tells us in the great commission found in Mark 16: 15 "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follows those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues. 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." Know and understand that Jesus is the Healer. Believe in Him and trust in Him for your healing and deliverance. Here are some healing scriptures as evidence to prove that it's the Lords will to heal you and set you free

Isaiah 53:5	by His stripes we are healed
Deut 7:15	The Lord will take away from you all sicknesses
Exodus 15:26	For I am the God who heals you
Matthew 4:23	(Jesus) healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people
James 5:16	Pray for one another that you may be healed
Matthew 8:17	He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses

Do all people who are prayed for get physically healed and delivered?

Some people will instantly experience physical healing. They will be able to do something they could'nt do before, whereby the pain, sickness or disease disappears.
Jesus said that when we lay our hands on the sick, they will recover. Please note that this means that there may be a process of time involved. It is very important during this process, to keep thanking Jesus for your healing to manifest.

Here are some accounts of people healed in the Bible by Jesus. I encourage you to read as many healing accounts as possible. This will help to build your faith to the place whereby you are totally trusting Jesus for your miracle. I encourage you to spend your time in the books of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John, meditating on all the miracles that Jesus did.
